Ukraine

We deliver goods across Ukraine with the help of the "Nova Poshta" courier service. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer, the service is paid according to the carrier's tariffs.

We process and ship orders daily between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM (EET).

For all products that are in stock, we ship orders within 1-3 days. In the case of a pre-order, we need 14-21 working days after confirmation of payment of 100% of the cost of the product to manufacture it.

Delivery of international orders

We deliver orders worldwide. Please note that the cost of delivery is paid according to the tariffs of logistics companies. Delivery time depends on destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance.

Belarus and Russia

According to the brand policy, sales and delivery to Belarus and Russia are not available.

Payment

After placing the order, our manager will contact you. After confirmation of the order, 100% payment must be made by card. Payment is made to the current account of Privatbank.

Return / Exchange

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights") jewelry is not subject to return or exchange.

However, we care about quality and service and try to satisfy the requests of each of our clients so that the chosen jewelry meets expectations and gives only good emotions. Therefore, within 14 days from the day of purchase, we can exchange a product of proper quality if it did not suit the customer in terms of size or other characteristics.
